Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy:
The service fee is $79.99. A portion of this will fee will be applied towards your total cost. You can cancel with 48hrs for a full refund. After 48hrs of booking your appt a $30 fee will be deducted from the $79.99 service fee if you cancel or you can use your service fee for a future appointment. No refunds only credits if you cancel within 48hrs before your appt.
Please note that while we strive to arrive as close as possible to your scheduled time, actual arrival may vary based on the complexity and duration of prior repair appointments. Your time window may shift by up to 3 hours in either direction to accommodate earlier jobs.
